Agriturismo Madonna della Neve was born from an old farmhouse in the small village of Casamaggiore, a few kilometers from Lake Trasimeno. Completely renovated in 2002, it has been divided into a total of ten apartments. The four largest apartments are located in the main building, while the other six are divided into two separate buildings. Each apartment is surrounded and connected by a large garden where there is a common room, useful for guests if they want to share a convivial lunch, the swimming pool, the tennis court, the five-a-side football field, a ping pong table, the barbecue area, a large internal parking, an area dedicated to children, a small gym and a courtyard for animals that can be easily visited.

Apartment 1

Apartment 1 (max 4 people) is located on the ground floor, has its entrance with private porch and is structured as follows:

  • Living room with double sofa bed and satellite TV
  • Fully equipped kitchenette
  • Two spacious double bedrooms
  • a bathroom with shower

The furniture is simple but functional with beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring.

Apartment 2

Apartment 2 (max 4 people) is located on the first floor, has its own entrance with a private terrace reachable by a private external staircase and is structured as follows:
A first floor having:

  • living room with double sofa bed and satellite TV.
  • Fully equipped kitchenette
  • Two spacious double bedrooms,
  • a bathroom with shower

A second floor, reachable via a spiral staircase, has

  • a double sofa bed
  • a single bed
  • a bathroom with shower
  • a small private terrace

The furniture is simple but functional with beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring.

The apartment is completely handicapped friendly.
The furniture is simple but functional with a vaulted terracotta ceiling and terracotta floor.
The building where apartment Elce is located also consists of apartments Tiglio and Pino.
The three apartments are separated by doors that are always locked, but which can be opened if necessary so as to have communicating apartments for a group of 4 or 6 people
