Our farmhouse is distinguished by its enchanting location. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views stretching from the surrounding countryside to the sparkling lake, creating a unique, relaxing and evocative atmosphere.

Our flats are comfortable and cosy, tastefully furnished and characterised by a typical Umbrian style. Each flat offers a panoramic view, allowing guests to wake up immersed in the beauty of the surrounding nature.

The agriturismo is within easy reach of charming medieval towns such as Cortona, Perugia and Assisi: an ideal location for a tour of the region and central Italy in general.

A holiday discovering Umbria and Tuscany

The central location of the structure allows the discovery of the entire Umbria region which has nothing to envy to nearby Tuscany. Perugia, the city of Assisi, home of Saint St. Francis, the medieval villages of Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Spello and Città di Castello. Of course, Lake Trasimeno is also worth a visit with the characteristic village of Castiglione del Lago clinging to its shores.

In 20 minutes by car you can reach Tuscany, with Cortona, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza; while an hour away you arrive at the famous Florence.

Our accommodation has been run by our family since its opening.
We take care of everything necessary to make your stay pleasant and relaxed. Always helpful and with a smile on our face, we will be happy to give you a tour of the farm on which the farmhouse is located. We will explain, immersed in our olive grove, the cultivation of the olives from which we obtain our excellent extra virgin olive oil. We will take you to admire the vegetable garden, our pride and joy: always ready to offer us top-quality seasonal vegetables, often in the company of our backyard friends.
